After a challenging 2-year approvals process, including multiple RFIs and ultimately an S8.2 review of determination, we’re thrilled to be commencing construction on this alterations and additions project to a semi in Camperdown, Sydney.

We were shocked that, despite the site not being heritage listed or in a conservation area, subjective heritage controls were applied to the assessment, leading to a complex and costly approvals process that does not align with the state’s current push for housing.
