In addition to a new interior fit-out on this circa 1920s home, the brief was to provide a new entry procession that allows a car to enter the site, as well as owners and guests through a more discreet entrance.
The existing space between the building and boundary fence is not wide enough to house a garage door and pedestrian door separately.
