CCACHE

CCACHE engaged GSBN to design its Sydney CBD store that allowed for two unique sales methods to flourish: supermarket style shopping and a boutique, high end display of goods.

The fitout saw the shop divided into two spaces: a front of house display of high-end bicycles, parts and apparel, and a rear “mini-mart” style area with ceiling-high racking showcasing a myriad of parts and accessories.

The “mini-mart” also caters to the online store where orders placed within close proximity to the city can be couriered to the buyer on the same day as purchase.

Each shelving unit is fitted with zero-gravity pull down blinds that reveal and conceal the stock at the owner’s discretion, meaning stock waiting to be sorted can be kept out of sight, retaining a clean, crisp presentation to customers. When closed, the blinds reveal the store’s branding and stock location codes.

Above all, the constantly shifting presentation of blinds and stock add a sense of playfulness to the space.
